Music has always been my passion.
My wide interest in all kinds of music making took me to consider studying composition and film scoring, and eventually I moved to Boston to study at the Berklee College of Music (Quincy Jones, Howard Shore, Alf Clausen, etc). Still in college I started scoring movies professionally, later I moved to New York City to pursue my master’s degree in composition and film music from the New York University. Some of my most influential mentors are ‘Matthias Gohl’ and ‘Sonny Kompanek’.
I currently live in New York City with my wife Evemarie (who frenetically demands to listen to all the music that I compose!). I am involved in the film and music industries as a composer, producer, and educator. My interest is producing music that bridges various genres, styles, and sounds; reaching a wide range of audiences and working on interesting and engaging works of art and entertainment.
One of the things that I enjoy the most about my work is that I get to meet people that always introduce me to new music and constantly expand my horizons as a musician and composer.
